Cancellation policy
Plans change. Here is exactly what happens when you cancel or change a booking with Tanana.

Free cancellation
Cancel free of charge any time up until exactly one hour before your scheduled drop-off time.
After the free cancellation window
Once the free cancellation window has passed, the booking is non-refundable, unless Tanana cancels the booking or applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are not automatic. Once card payments are live, approved refunds are returned through the original payment method as soon as payment processing allows.
No-shows
If you do not arrive and do not cancel, the booking remains non-refundable in line with the cancellation window above.
Changing a booking
Contact us at a_tanana@hotmail.com before your drop-off time if you need to change dates, times or bag counts, and we will let you know what is possible.
