Tanana Salong AB (org. no. 559547-5442), Kansligatan 4, 211 22 Malmö, Sweden, trading as Tanana, operates a luggage storage location and booking platform. Bags are stored at Tanana's own storage location in Malmö.

Only the Malmö location on Kansligatan 4 is currently bookable. Other cities shown on the site are not yet open for bookings.

Each booking receives a unique booking reference. Show your booking confirmation and booking reference at the counter when you drop off and collect your bags. We do not issue personal QR codes for individual bookings.

Booking, contact and account data you provide is stored in a Supabase-hosted database located in the EU and is processed to provide and manage the storage service.

Prices are charged per item, per started storage day: Small bag €3.50, Medium bag €5.00, Large bag €7.50 and Odd-size item €10.00. In addition, a service fee of €1.75 is charged once per booked item per booking, not per day.

Any started 24-hour period counts as one full storage day. The total shown at checkout, including the service fee, is the price you pay.

Card payments are not yet connected. Until they are live, checkout runs in pre-launch mode: your booking is registered with the payment status "Pending" and no card is charged.

If you collect your bags after the booked pick-up time, additional started 24-hour periods are charged at the same daily rate.

Tanana does not accept: illegal goods; dangerous, explosive or flammable substances; perishable food; living animals or plants; weapons; cash and high-value valuables; and essential travel documents such as passports, ID cards and tickets.

Bags that appear to contain any of the above may be refused at check-in.

Tanana takes reasonable care of stored bags, but does not promise any specific coverage amount or guaranteed compensation for loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Swedish or EU consumer law.
