Your name, email address and optional phone number.

Booking details: location, dates, times, number and size of bags, and any note you add.

Payment confirmation data from our payment provider. We never receive or store full card numbers.

Account data if you create an account, and any support messages you send us.

To create and confirm your booking and issue your booking reference and QR code.

To share the minimum details the partner location needs to receive and return your bags.

To take payment and handle refunds, and to answer support requests.

To meet legal accounting obligations, and to keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

Performance of your booking contract; our legitimate interest in security, fraud prevention and service improvement; your consent where we ask for it; and legal obligation for accounting records.

The partner location handling your bags receives the booking reference, your first name, the dates and the bag count. Partner locations may not use your data for their own marketing.

Our payment provider, and our hosting, database and email providers, process data on our behalf.

Your data is stored on servers in the EU/EEA. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Accounting and transaction records that must be kept by law are retained for 7 years, as required by Swedish bookkeeping rules.

Other personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.

Support correspondence may be kept for up to 24 months where necessary to handle follow-up questions or disputes.

We do not automatically keep all personal data for 7 years.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site and to remember your booking in progress and your language.

Any non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, which you can change at any time via Manage Cookies.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent.

Email us at support@tananastorage.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

The service is not directed at children under 16.
